Pedro Laencina
Project Manager & Innovation Lead
Specialist in project management and leadership in international contexts, with extensive experience in strategic planning, coordination of multidisciplinary teams, and quality control of processes and results. Possesses a solid understanding of the European project framework, especially Erasmus+, and excels in the application of agile methodologies in collaborative and social innovation environments.
Leads the strategic development of the partnership, ensuring that the intellectual products and initiatives developed meet the European quality standards. Furthermore, it is auditor of the AENOR Certification for Workplace Wellbeing (CBL), providing expert insight into organizational quality, employee well-being, and institutional sustainability.
Lucía Giménez
Educational Research & Sustainability Expert
Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, with more than ten years of experience in public education and adult education. Especialista en investigación en didácticas específicas e innovación educativa, provides a solid scientific basis for the design and validation of training proposals.
She leads the sustainability and environmental education line of the association, coordinating science fairs, outreach activities and initiatives with an inclusive approach. His profile is key in the design of inquiry-based methodologies, as well as in the scientific validation of learning outcomes and in the pedagogical coherence of the projects developed.
David Laencina
Cybersecurity & Digital Infrastructure Lead
Specialist in cybersecurity and networks, with certified training in network infrastructure (Cisco) and knowledge in approaches Red Team and Blue Team. It has a solid foundation in critical process management and logistics, which provides a practical and operational view of the projects.
Within the association, he is responsible for the digital infrastructure and technological support, contributing to the design of safe and functional digital environments. Their work focuses on data protection, technological ethics, and basic infrastructure resilience, supporting the proper development and digital sustainability of Human Up's initiatives.
