European Projects
We promote initiatives funded by the European Union to generate sustainable social,
educational and technological impact.
Our approach to European projects
At Human-Up, we participate in the design, development and implementation of European projects focused on human well-being, education, social innovation and value-driven digital transformation.
We collaborate with public and private entities, social organizations and international networks to create sustainable solutions that address real needs, aligned with the values and priorities of the European Union.

We participate in defining ideas, objectives and methodologies for European projects, ensuring coherence, social impact and alignment with the calls for proposals.

Management and Coordination
We support project management, facilitating coordination between partners, monitoring activities and ensuring the achievement of milestones and results.

Implementation and Piloting
We develop educational, training and technological actions, adapted to local contexts and target groups.

Evaluation and Impact
We measure results, learning outcomes and social impact, integrating continuous improvement and accountability as part of the process.
Our Projects
WellTeach+
WellTeach+ is a strategic European initiative designed to combat teacher burnout and strengthen educational quality. Through an innovative Emotional Intelligence methodology and open-access digital tools, we empower teachers and school leadership teams to assess and improve organizational well-being in schools.
With pilot implementations in Spain, Croatia and Greece, the project transforms classrooms into resilient environments, directly impacting educators’ mental health and, by extension, the academic and emotional success of thousands of students. WellTeach+ not only supports those who teach, it safeguards the future of those who learn.

HappySchools+ Transforming school environments towards child and community well-being
HappySchools+ es un proyecto europeo que nace para responder a una realidad cada vez más visible en las escuelas: Increased stress, problems with coexistence, and emotional difficulties in childhood, which affect both the learning and well-being of the entire educational community.
For years, many responses have focused solely on students or teachers individually. HappySchools+ proposes a change of perspective: understanding the school as an ecosystem, where emotional, social and relational well-being should be part of the center's design, its culture and its daily life.
The project develops a European model of welfare-oriented schools, which helps educational centers and children's organizations to create safer, more inclusive and emotionally healthy environments, putting children at the center of the process.
EcoActiva+ Active climate citizenship to transform concern into action
EcoActiva+ is a European project that addresses one of the great challenges of our time: How to move from concern about the climate crisis to collective action with real impact.
In a context marked by climate change, eco-anxiety, and a sense of social powerlessness, EcoActiva+ proposes a different approach. The project combines ecosocial education, community participation and practical training to help people and organizations become active agents of change, from the local to the European.
Through participatory methodologies and accessible training processes, EcoActiva+ supports communities, young people, and professionals in the design and implementation of climate actions consistent with values such as responsible consumption, social justice and environmental sustainability.
The project doesn't stop at raising awareness. Its objective is empower citizens to act in an organized, conscious and measurable way, while strengthening the social fabric and the capacity for community collaboration
